So if you never had the opportunity to hear D&M in the early days, this clip clearly demonstrates why they ruled the airwaves for more than 20 years. Case in point: the entire show centers around a commemoration of the one year anniversary of the firing of the previous morning show, which led to the Radio Gods' move to morning drive. It may all seem pretty tame these days, but 20+ years ago, this was absolutely revolutionary.

Those were some great tunes and the chick doing the traffic sounds a lot
like Robin from Howie Stern.

Agreed, D & M Fan. Radios rise from deejays and records into shows like
Don and Mike was awesome to watch unfold. And devastating to watch die.
