During the interview with the call girl it is revealed she
has charged up to $5,000 for a session. Don asks if that
includes " no no" sex. She advised she does not do that. A
caller advised for 5 grand he should be able to fling poop at
her like a monkey.

The last few segments of this episode (Mike pretending to be
Jeremy Coleman talking to Lewis' dad) are worth the price of
admission; hilarious stuff
